LOL! She needs rubber grippers on her knees!
I like how when she slips back down onto her tummy from her knees, she's all like, "Dude, I wasn't trying to crawl, no way, I was LOOKING AT THIS FASCINATING FLOOR yeah totally, and look at me rolling, isn't this cool? I'm MUCH rather roll than crawl." =P

She is rolling up a storm (can you believe Katie doesn't roll yet?)! And even though she isn't crawling quite yet, she is getting around in a squirmy cute kind of way!
Katie is crawling like crazy, and pulling herself up on all the furniture. But still no roll! If she somehow gets herself on her back, she's stuck! Like a turtle...
Don't you just want to eat Ellie with a spoon?

Adorable!
My mother got my son 2 things to encourage crawling: (he loves them!)
1. Crawl these knee pads to help him crawl. They sell them at Babies R Us - might give her a better grip on the slippery floor. They are a little less hardcore than these, but similar idea:

2. Move and Crawl Ball

They have products to help kids crawl? Seriously?!? Ellie looks to be on Adena's timeline - Baby A crawled at 9ish months. And it only took us a week to teach her how to crawl up and down stairs . . . .
